She guides her students through their journey of developing and reaching their goals. Her background is in martial arts and yoga. Join us on Tuesdays from 9:30 am- 10:30 am for Strong Warrior Yoga. This class is for everyone from chair yoga students to advanced yoga students. This class is simple and effective. We add hand weights to yoga poses and focus on building strong muscles. We focus on our breathing and practice several yoga breathing techniques for stronger respiratory muscles as well as calming our mind. Build strength and community and join us.
